Great Athletic Support Tape
I use this tape around my thumb and middle finger IP joints to limit movement and let the joints rest. The tape adheres well to itself so you can rub ointment on the injury, wrap the affected area and the tape will stick to itself and stay nice and snug. It does a great job providing support and preventing swelling and painful movement. The tape limits movement in a protective way but you can still can work and play sports without agravating the joint. I avoid getting it wet, but it wipes dry easily. Read more
