Great tape I have tried many brands before Muller. I use it for weight lifting, tapping my wrists to prevent injuries. Pre wrap is not needed for maximum support. Very sticky, make sure your skin is dry before applying. Does not cause skin irritation. I have used it for over 30+ years, from taping my ankles in high school basketball, after blowing both out on the court, to weight lifting over 30+ years including contending in a body building show in 1993 thank you :-)! taping wrists playing mens soft ball for 25+ years wining team home run titles, including wining teem tournament titles. Hope this helps making your purchase decision easier. It will help you succeed knowing your joints are more supported will build your confidence. You will be a better athlete. If your looking to buy in bulk, this is the way to go! I had several ankle injuries as a gymnast, which resulted in me taping my ankles every day. The tape costs started to build up and buying tape everyday wasn't very functional. Each of these boxes lasted me about 2.5-3 months and the tape itself was good quality tape. It rarely had any problems with adhesion and lasted through each of my 4 hour practices. Read more

Solid tape for a good price. If its dry it comes off clean in the middle, but leave some residue around the sides where the wrapping rubbed more. If it gets wet huge swaths of the adhesive stays behind when you remove it and you have to scrub to get it off. It also does not tear well, I usually use a pair of scissors. Read more

It seems like most athletic tape is the same,or similar. I really cannot tell the difference since I use it for soccer and it is on it is just "down there". However, I can remark on a few items. The tape seems to be reasonable quality and holds well doing its job to my satisfaction. All the rolls in the box have turned out OK so far and I consider the pricing a good deal in bulk in contrast with buying it in the pharmacy or department store. Read more

This tape does the job, but I don't think it works as well as Cramer. My wife has been having issues with her ankle, so knowing that it basically takes a whole roll of tape to do an ankle, I thought I'd save a few bucks. This tape is something like $54 for 32 rolls, and Cramer is about $74 for 24 rolls. I thought, how much difference could there be? This tape seems thinner to me than Cramer. I haven't done my own ankle, but it seems like it would not be as supportive. This tape seems difficult to tear easily, so the tape sometimes is stretched out of shape, or starts to roll. This tape does not seem to adhere as well as Cramer. When taping stirrups or heel locks, the top of the tape frequently is loose and flopping around while I'm pulling it to the outside of the ankle. The finished job seems to work, but I generally end up with wrinkles here and there that could result in blisters on a more serious athlete. I think Cramer lays down smooth and flat, and stretches around curves better. That's my opinion. Read more
