I am so surprised by this mini blender! I really love it! First of all it seems to be well made and I like the fact that although you can't submerge the base in water, the port for charger is waterproof. That is a great plus! It holds 24oz which is perfect. Not too small not too big! I love how easy it is to use and that it lights up to tell you if you need to charge it. It holds the charge for a long time which is really convenient! I have never even taken the blender part off and put on the bottom cap to drink my protein drink in the morning. It's light enough and has a handle right on the container so that I just drink it and then wash it with the blender still attached with a drop of dishwashing soap and water and turn it on, letting it run a few seconds and then rinse, remove the cup and dry the blender part. One thing you do need to know is that you don't give it a light press to turn it on.... I use my finger nail to press in with some pressure. The blender blends in reverse also if you want. I had issues with this blender ever since buying it but didn't get around to returning it out of laziness. Big mistake! The battery life on this thing is awful, sometimes needing a recharge mid-smoothie after being fully charged at the beginning. I didn't need to use it for much so I just put up with the inconvenience. But this time when I plugged it in to recharge after finishing a smoothie the plug CAUGHT ON FIRE. I doucle checked and its definitely the unit at fault as neither the outlet or charging cable exhibited any other issues. On top of being a huge hazard if I wasnt there to notice, it just shows how shoddy this thing is made. Its already a bad enough blender but being a dangerous one brings it from being barely tolerable for the price to being outright unusable. DO NOT BUY. Read more

I really like this little mixer, but the plug cover broke off after a week of use, and 2 charges. It is very flimsy and a poor design for a plug cover. The mixer is great though. I had a no hassle return and replacement so I am hopeful the new mixer plug cover will not break this time. I was very careful with the first one, but it just snapped off. Very poor design on the cover. Update. After 4 months the blender stopped taking a charge and does not work, I have contacted the seller and was told it had a 12-moth warranty. I requested a replacement but am getting the run around. I am doubtful about getting a replacement and am very disappointed. 12-9-2022 New Update: After several messages back and forth with the seller and customer service and videos I sent, customer service has kindly said they will send me a replacement blender. I am very happy with that solution and am glad they stand behind their product. It is a very nice little blender and I have missed using it. I will recommend this blender and company to my friends. The product was confiscated from my carry-on luggage because the sharp blades could not be unscrewed. The product should provide an option to remove or unscrew the blades so they can be packed separately in checked luggage prior to flights to avoid confiscation. Additionally, the full unit cannot be placed in checked luggage because it contains a built-in battery, which is not permitted in checked baggage under airline safety regulations. This design limitation makes it difficult to transport the product when flying. Read more
