I recently started using this bnHUlMXw collagen peptides powder because my knees have been bothering me more lately, especially after playing basketball or doing yard work, and I figured the five different collagen types might help. The 16oz container is unflavored, which I appreciate since I can mix it into my morning coffee or protein shake without changing the taste too much, though it doesn't dissolve completely and leaves a slightly gritty texture if you don't stir it well. I've been taking a scoop daily for about six weeks now, and I have noticed my joints feel a bit less stiff in the mornings, particularly in my knees and fingers, though it wasn't an overnight fix. The added biotin, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid seem like good bonuses for overall health, and the grass-fed, non-GMO claims are reassuring even if I can't verify them myself. On the hair and skin front, I honestly can't tell much difference, maybe my nails are slightly stronger but that could be in my head. The downside is that the powder can clump up if you don't store it properly, and the scoop they include is buried at the bottom of the container which is annoying when you first open it. At 16oz it lasts about a month with daily use, so the cost adds up if you're taking it long term. Overall, it seems to help with my joint discomfort enough that I'll probably keep using it, but don't expect miracle results for hair or skin like some of the marketing suggests. Read more

I’ve been trying out Itawel’s Multi Collagen Peptides Powder, and while the formula itself looks promising on paper, five types of collagen plus biotin, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid, the product leaves me with mixed feelings. The biggest concern is the lack of transparency. There’s no third‑party testing, no quality stamps, and no information about the product’s purity or verification. For a supplement that people take daily, that’s something I expect to see. The packaging also states that it’s made in China, which isn’t necessarily a problem since China is one of the world’s largest collagen manufacturers, but the label doesn’t list the actual manufacturer or facility, which raises questions about traceability. Another issue is the brand itself. I’ve never heard of Itawel before, and I wasn’t able to find any meaningful information about the company online. Without a clear brand presence or transparency, it’s hard to feel fully confident in what I’m buying. Overall, the product might still work fine for some people, but the lack of testing, missing manufacturer details, and limited brand visibility keep me from rating it higher. It’s an average option, but I’d prefer something with clearer quality assurance. Read more
This is a good mix of collagens in powder form. I take collagen daily and from what I understand, I can expect moderate benefits in joint health and skin elasticity/hydration. Note that while collagen is a protein, it's not a complete amino acid, so if you're trying to increase protein intake, you probably want to add some other protein sources to you diet as well. This product also has a large dose of biotin, moderate doses of vitamin C and hyaluronic acid, and small doses of keratin and elastin. This is an easy to use powder. I mix it with half a cup of room temperature water or coffee using a milk frother, then add hot coffee to that. I don't get much taste from it, so it's easy to take in coffee or other drinks.
