Customers find the nail clipper works well for fingernails but doesn't function on toenails.
Marketed for fingernails AND toenails. My 94 year old Mom only wanted it for toenails, but it doesn’t work for toes. Amazon will not stand behind the product, and the manufacturer will not send a postage paid return envelope. If Amazon and manufacturer won’t stand behind the product, what are my chances of getting a refund? Read more

1. The slot is very thin, hard to use on curved fingernails. 2. Difficult for older folks to manipulate; taking the cover off is troublesome. If there was a deeper groove somewhere it would improve opening. 3. Coldn't work it on toenails. 4. Returns are NOT FREE. 5. You can't take it to an Amazon receiving site. Read more
The product didn't work at all, totally non functional, when I took it out of the box. Very scanty instructions on how to operate the device When I took it to Whole Foods for a refund, a rep stated she couldn't give me my refund because the returned item only had a scan code, no return labels...told me to go to UPS Store or call Customer Service . The clippers work best for fingernails. Toenails are not as easy but they do work. The polishing stone is great, much better than any file. Read more

First of all, the instructions were so microscopic that I had to use a light and a magnifier and copy them out by hand. The charging worked very well. Trying to align the active area with a toenail was practically impossible. There was no way I could open it to clean it. Fortunately there was little if any debris . I would like my money back, but I doubt I'll get any, because I did use the product. Read more
