Adopted a 10 year old Jack Russel Terrier mix, small dog, that foster parents had no info about other than it's owner had died. Never having had a "small" dog, we weren't certain as to what he would like or need, so bought several types of stuffed animals. He immediately chose this Lamb Chop stuffed dog toy, and it was his favorite toy to the exclusion of the others. During the past 2-3 years, we've made additional purchases of this particular stuffed toy, and each time, when presented with it, he appears very happy and immediately engages with it. It is as durable as possible, given his goal is to de-gut or get the squeakers out, as soon as possible. I'd estimate each toy has remained "interesting" for at least 2-3 months. Having recently lost many teeth, apparently due to his first ever dental exam/care, his toy now lasts much longer, as it's difficult for him to now chew through to get to the various squeakers. That being said, he continues to prefer this toy and with it's pleasant, nostalgic appearance, it's nice to have available and within sight. Read more

My Great Pyrenees Loves It!

I gave this Christmas gift to my friend’s three-year-old Great Pyrenees and the dog is having lots of fun with it. This is a big dog with a tremendous bite force, and he hasn’t destroyed it yet. My one suggestion to the seller or manufacturer is to PLEASE not place that yellow sticker directly onto the toy itself. Please put the sticker on the cardboard tag or on the outside plastic wrap for easy removal. That sticky tag took forever to remove from the toy. Read more
