The media could not be loaded. I have been using this steamer for a few months now. I use it in my car to lift stains (wish I had taken some pictures to show before an after since it works so good at lifting stains from upholstry), I use it to sterilize my floors when I Mop and i use it on wrinkly clothes so as you can see I use it a lot and love the versatility. It takes 3 minutes to heat up where it can be used to steam which I feel is pretty fast. Easy to use, holds enough water for me to steam my 750 square foot apartment. The only thing I would warn about is that it gets HOT, I was walking by the steamer after I left it plugged in and on the floor and it burned my skin so now it looks like I have a cigar burn on my leg and the tip did not even touch me (got burned by proximity) so keep that in mind if you have kids or pets.
