My sister in law swore by these and had extra packs and let me try some. I lost my milk supply due to not pumping enough, so I decided to buy my own box as well as eating the packs she gave me. I am a few days in, eating one-two packs a day and I already see a difference in my milk supply! I also don't pump as often as I should, which says a lot. The cookie flavor is actually really delicious and they make for great snack and dessert. Having them in packs also makes it convenient to bring to places. I am really excited to try the other flavors they offer. They are a little pricey but worth it! If you have SNAP, they do qualify. Read more

Surprisingly effective (and delicious!) I was very skeptical at first, but became quite desperate when my milk supply started to decrease. I tried many different things, and this is one of the few products that actually helped improve my milk production. Besides being effective, these cookie bites are also really tasty — almost addictive. The only downside is that you need to eat several per day to see the best results. Overall, I’m very happy I gave this a try and would recommend it to moms who are struggling with milk supply and are looking for something that truly makes a difference. Read more

These cookies really helped me. They provide clean products and helped me to produce milk especially giving me the motivation and what I needed to produce for my baby. This worked really well and it’s a good amount. I found as my son has gotten bigger he even enjoyed these cookies. I thought I wouldn’t make it past a few months and still nursing at 1 year so they were a great support!! Read more

These Munchkin Milk Makers lactation cookies were a great boost for my supply. They taste really good (more like a regular oatmeal cookie than a supplement), and I noticed a difference after just a few days. The individually wrapped packs make them super easy to grab on the go. A little pricey, but totally worth it for the results! Read more

I heard about these lactation cookies and decided to try them out myself. As someone who produces “just enough” I figured it was worth a shot! On first glance, there are 10 bags of cookies in each container. I personally ate one bag a day to see if there was any difference. The cookies are a little larger than a quarter. The quality of the cookie is fairly good, definitely easy to eat- especially if you have a sweet craving. Overall did not find them dry or stale tasting. When I first gave the cookies a fry I personally felt like there is a little scent to them which is most likely yeast. Personally, I did not see any difference in milk output after eating these everyday for one week. Read more

Giving five starts but be aware of how many carbs/calories are in these! 1 month post partum with my son. It took about 5 days for my milk to come in. On day 5, he still seemed hungry after feeding and for the next week we went through constantly being on me and showing hunger cues. I’m a pediatric nurse so knowing my kiddo was hungry and I wasn’t doing my job killed my post partum depression. I added oats, made sure I was eating when I had no appetite, drinking an ungodly amount of water, everything I could think of and was recommended. Then I caved and bought these. I normally wouldn’t have seeing how they’re loaded with carbs and calories for the little baggie but I didn’t have much of an appetite anyways and figured screw it. They’re a little dry - makes chugging a bottle of water easy. They taste decent (homemade is always better) but they aren’t horrible. For my milk? Be prepared. My little guy went from 7lbs 4oz at his first physical to currently one month and 11lbs. My milk has definitely come in. I don’t power pump or pump between feeds. I let him get what he needs and call it a day but recently, I’ve had to do a morning pump after he eats. Not sure how much of this is related to the cookies but I’m going to give them some credit due to timing. I’ve recently cut back, only eating them when I haven’t eaten much for the day. Worth the shot. Read more

I'm not sure if it was these cookies or the oatmeal I was eating everyday but I do believe these cookies helped me in the beginning stages of breast feeding. I stopped eating them once I started to produce enough milk. They actually don't taste bad. They are dry small cookies and they are better if eaten with milk. Still worth a try to see if it helps you! Read more

Ok, these cookies are gooood. Honestly, the last time I bought these was more because I was craving cookies than for the effectiveness. Plus, my husband can’t steal any since they’re “just for mommy”. However, the price of the cookies is cost prohibitive to continue my genius cookie hoarding scheme. Now as for the effectiveness- these didn't work for me. I’ve even eaten multiple bags in one day, for science, of course, but didn’t notice any difference. Honestly, it’s probably better that they don’t work for me, because I’d be eating a bag of cookies daily otherwise. And my pp hips don’t need any of that. As for the cookies themselves, they are good and crunchy. They’re small but thick, with a nice sturdy crunch when you bite-but they’re not too hard. Never had a stale one, which was nice. And they’re not sickeningly over sweetened. Like I said, I enjoyed eating them! However, I won’t buy again since they don’t work for me. If you buy them to try, have one for me. 🍪 Read more
