A real balm to my eyes!
I have been familiar with "murine" since I was 5 or 6 years old, when I started to go to school. My siblings and I we liked to read a lot but we were living in a small town in Haiti deprived of electricity, so our father thought that "murine" could help protect our eyes. And indeed we were very satisfied with it! Over the years we kept using it and it kept protecting our eyes through fatigue and irritation until it became hard to find. I tried other eye drops but I experienced blurred vision and tinnitus and had to stop using them. Now that I found "murine" again through Amazon, I intend never to part from it! Ingredients different than what is listed on Amazon
Beware that the picture above shows ingredients that are different than what the actual box lists. The above picture show PVA and Povidone as the main ingredients. When I received the product, the box nor the bottle shows these two ingredients at all (I have reported this to Amazon). I wanted a product with Polyvinyl Alcohol and Povidone because the drops work great. I did use Murine Tears for Dry Eyes and I loved it. It has evidently been discontinued because I can't find it anymore. I ordered another drop (with preservatives) on Amazon called Good Sense Eye Drops Artificial Tears that has these two ingredients - I will try that. I also use Refresh Classic (without preservatives) which also has Polyvinyl Alcohol and Povidone. Fresh Kote (no preservative) also has these ingredients but I don't like using the bottle which is hard to squeeze. I won't return this Murine Dry & Tired Eyes because it comes from England but I am disappointed in the advertisement being incorrect. Read more
