This breathing trainer is of very low quality and very low value. It provides minimal and inconsistent resistance, even at the hardest level. No care was put into making this product. If you zoom in to the open box picture of the product I posted, you will see that the word "Inhale" is spelled "Lnhale." That is, unfortunately, indicative of the rest of the product's quality as well. There is very little difference between the 3 resistance levels. But even worse is that the resistance is very inconsistent at the same level. Oftentimes, it provides no resistance at all at any of the 3 levels. When it does provide resistance, it is very little, even at the hardest level, and not enough for proper breath training. The instructions included with the product has many errors. The errors are often in direct conflict with the actual product. For instance, I posted a picture of part of the usage directions that says the product should not be used for inhalation exercises but only for exhalation. The product has an entire side that is clearly made for inhalation usage however. Also, the directions give wrong information about which levels are easiest and hardest. I don't recommend this product. It is poorly made, does not function as advertised, and does not provide enough resistance for training. Read more
