I was looking forward to this mushroom coffee. With all the vitamin B, D3, and Collagen I was excited to try this brand. I've tried other brands. However, this brand was not for me. After 4 days of use, I experienced heartburn, stomach discomfort, and severe headache. I discontinued using this brand all of the discomfort was completely gone. Now, I do have sensitive stomach to certain food, supplements, and liquids. This experience was the 1st of being severe. Its unfortunate I couldn't continue with this brand. I did try to adjust dosage of the mushroom coffee and water. None of the adjustments did help. For those with sensetive stomach this one might not be the right choice.
