LOVE this item! I suffer from frequent migraines and use this whenever I need to lie down and rest. The inside of the mask is incredibly soft and comfortable, is a good fit, easy to adjust, and it really does block the light. The headphones have good sound and connect easily to my phone. The battery lasts a long time and charges well. The velcro band on the back is a tiny bit uncomfortable but it's not bad. The eye mask/headphone combo is wonderful for me because when I have long flights, have a migraine episode, or just wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back asleep (thank you, perimenopause), this mask helps me to actually rest or fall asleep more quickly. It is one of the things that is saving my life in this season...I accidentally left it on the plane on our last trip and immediately ordered another one. Musicozy sleep headphones are comfortable to sleep in they do not push on my ears like other brands did. They do block all light which for me is a huge benefit as I can not fall asleep with any light. These are perfect for napping during the day. The sound quality is good not perfect. They do not cancel out snoring however they do help me focus on the music or book to distract me enough to sleep. Battery life is great they do last all night from 10 pm to 7 am. This Bluetooth sleep mask has made my bedtime routine so much better. They are very comfortable, fit well and it's been so easy to operate them. They sync up with my phone instantly and I only have to charge them once a week, if that. It blocks out nearly all light which has helped my sleep quality immensely. I only play soft music or affirmations on low to mid volume so I can't speak to the sound quality past that. The velcro in the back is strong, the material is soft. My only issue has been one time I slept on my side all night and I had a slight pain in my ear because the tiny speaker was pressed into it, but that was only one time and it went away quickly. I purchased this mask with the hopes my phone alarm would play through it to wake me and not my husband; however, it doesn't work that way. The mask itself is comfortable and I was able to sleep with it on the entire night. I have never slept in a sleep mask before. The music was clear and blocked out the TV noise. FIRST OFF, THESE ARE AMAZING!! I was looking for a headset that I could use to possibly help me get some rest since I had back to back traumatic situations happen in LIFE & wasn't able to sleep due to night terrors and nightmares. Musicozy changed the game for me tremendously! Musicozy is soft and comfortable, so it doesn't feel like something is smothering you while you're sleeping. And for all my side sleepers, THIS IS IT!! YES you can sleep on your side with no discomfort to your face, and No they will not easily fall off. The velcro headband is long and it's incredibly easy to adjust the size. It also does great at NOT slipping off, your not going to wake up with the headset by your side. There is a small fabric piece by the nose area that acts almost like a pillow for your face, giving you breathing room and prevents the mask from covering your nose or adding to much pressure to that area, it's magical! The speakers are small but mighty, and easy to adjust depending on your head size and they are round and flat so you don't feel them when laying on your back or either side. For those that have a significant other and different sleeping schedules, NO PROBLEM! They help keep out unwanted light and sound, so you can sleep next to each other and not be disturbed!! Musicozy does great on battery life, 8 hours takes up about 30% from a full battery and it charges really fast. It even came with a super cute bag you can keep your Musicozy in when your not using it and help keep it clean. I've recommended this headset to my friends in group therapy because of the quality of life and sleep that it's given me back buuuuuut also becauseof how amazing it works for our daytime meditation! Some of them had issues meditating in the day because of the light and these help with that!! Truly, I'm so Thankful that I made this purchase and it's helped me the way it has. The power and volume buttons are also on the top of the mask making it easy to turn on and off or adjusting the volume.
