The description made it sound like a versatile, plug-and-play system with an “open app ecosystem,” but in reality, the operating system feels outdated and locked down. It runs an old version of Android that can’t be upgraded, and several essential apps either don’t install or crash immediately. There’s no real support or firmware update path, which makes this a dead-end investment for anyone who wants a future-proof device. The built-in camera is another huge disappointment. For a board advertised as “4K” and “UHD,” the image quality is mediocre at best — grainy, poor color balance, and bad low-light performance. It’s definitely not suitable for professional meetings or online teaching. To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to upgrade or replace the camera, even though it’s marketed as “integrated.” And forget about “plug and play.” Setting this thing up was anything but easy.
