I use power banks every day, not just for travel, but because I don’t always have outlets where I work. Sometimes I’m at my desk, sometimes I'm on the couch, sometimes I’m outside, having something self‑contained just makes life easier. I’ve used a lot of power banks with built‑in cables, and most of them are basically emergency only. This one is the first where the onboard cables are actually usable. I'm going to start with the negatives, just because most reviews start with the positives. ➡️ WHAT COULD BE BETTER ⚠️ THIS IS HEAVY, AND OLDER OUTLETS CAN’T HANDLE IT: This weighs 11.3 oz, which is definitely on the heavier side for a 10,000mAh power bank. In older or loose wall outlets, this just falls out under its own weight. It does much better in horizontal outlets, which pairs nicely with the longer onboard cables — but the weight is something you feel immediately. ⚠️ THE CABLE QUALITY IS JUST OKAY: The two retractable USB‑C cables are thin. They work fine, but I wouldn’t buy cables like these separately. They feel more “functional” than “premium.” That said, they retract cleanly and snap into place with a satisfying click — a small detail, but it makes the whole thing feel more polished. ⚠️ PORT OUTPUTS AREN’T DOCUMENTED ANYWHERE BUT THE BOTTOM: This is a weird one. The only place I’ve seen the actual port and cable output specs is printed on the bottom of the power bank. That includes: - C1 cable: PD 30W - C2 cable: PD 30W - USB‑C port: 15W - USB‑A port: 12W - AC input: 15W It’s useful info, but it’s not listed on the product page, packaging, or manual — just the underside of the device. ⚠️ NOT GREAT FOR IN‑HAND USE WHILE CHARGING: Because of the weight and the built‑in plug, this isn’t something I’d want to hold behind my phone while using it. It’s not uncomfortable, but it’s not ideal either. ➡️ WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS POWER BANK ✅ THE TWO ONBOARD USB‑C CABLES ARE ACTUALLY USABLE: This is the big one for me. Most onboard cables are so short they’re basically decorative. I’ve even carried USB‑C extension cables just to make other power banks usable. With this, the cables are long enough that I can plug this into the power strip on my desk and still use the cables without removing the power bank. That’s a first for me. ✅ PASS‑THROUGH CHARGING WORKS: This supports pass‑through charging, so I can plug this into the wall and charge my phone at the same time. For how I work, that’s a huge convenience feature. ✅ 30W PD IS PLENTY FOR MY IPHONE: The 30W output is legit. It keeps my iPhone charging at full speed, and I don’t see any negotiation issues or drop‑offs. ✅ THE RETRACTABLE MECHANISM IS WELL‑DONE: Even though the cables are thin, the retractable system feels smooth and doesn’t snag. It’s compact, clean, and way better than the stubby cables most brands use. And again, the snap‑in cable heads are a nice touch. ✅ BUILT‑IN WALL PLUG = NO EXTRA ACCESSORIES: I love not having to pack a separate charger. I can just plug this directly into the wall, top it up, and go. ✅ DIGITAL DISPLAY + FABRIC FINISH: The display is clear and accurate, and the fabric exterior gives this a nicer feel than glossy plastic banks. It’s grippy and looks more premium. ➡️ BOTTOM LINE This is power bank has the most usable onboard cables I've ever used. They are not an afterthought. The combination of two retractable USB‑C cables, pass‑through charging, 30W PD, and a built‑in wall plug makes this a super practical everyday charger for me. It’s not the lightest, and the port specs are oddly hidden, but the convenience features more than make up for it. I did not detect excessive heat build up using or charging this power bank. Upon opening the packaging of this myCharge power bank, it was evident that this is a quality product with thought and attention to detail paid to every aspect of the production. The product container slides out of an outer sleeve quite elegantly and flips open to expose the power bank and a small instruction pamphlet. The instructions were brief but this is not a complicated product. Plug it in (with the integrated two prong plug) to a wall outlet to charge initially. Then plug in the cord to a device to charge the device on the go. There's a small LED screen and a single button in addition to the USB ports. On my power bank, the screen did not illuminate when the button was pressed, which I found odd. Usually, lithium batteries are shipped with at least a partial charge so something should have happened. I plugged the device into an AC outlet but still got no activity from the LED screen. I left it to charge, checking periodically, as it becomes increasingly clear that this product was DOA. I used the contact link enclosed in the packaging to contact the manufacturer. They did request I go through a few steps to verify the condition of the power bank (plug it in for 6 hours, press the button and report what the LED lights indicate). In my case, it was a very straightforward process to explain that I got no light indicators and also no charging activity when a device was plugged in. Within a day of my first email, they approved a warranty replacement and I got a shipping notice the same day. A new power bank arrived a couple days later and this one did everything I expected: there was a partial charge of 31% on the power bank, I was able to quickly charge it up to full on AC power. Plugged it into my iPad's USB-C port and it immediately began charging as expected. It charges quickly and the battery status indicator counts down in percentage numbers to give a clear view of status. Despite the initial hiccup of the dead power bank shipped to me, I give the product a 5-star rating given how quickly customer service was able to rectify the issue and the product itself is well thought out as a self-contained unit with the retractable USB-C cord and the built-in AC charge prongs. All in a small, compact form with a textured case that is easy to hold. Read more

This battery pack is easy to hold thanks to the textured sides, which provide a secure grip even when your hands are sweaty or you're on the move. The retractable USB-C cable is a great feature that eliminates the need to carry extra cables. It also includes both a USB-C and USB-A port for additional charging options, giving you flexibility for different devices. Charging is convenient with the collapsible wall plug that plugs directly into an outlet, eliminating the need for a separate power brick. The pack arrived at 0% charge and took at least a couple of hours to fully charge, which is pretty standard for this capacity. It works great for topping off my phone when I'm on the go and running low on battery. I typically use it when I go to the gym in the evening and need that extra boost to get through the rest of my day. Overall, this is a practical and well-designed battery pack that's perfect for everyday carry. The built-in cable and wall plug features make it more convenient and well priced than many alternatives on the market. Read more
