After purchasing many less expensive over the years , I needed something that was not only stainless steel , but one that was great quality without having to spend hundreds of dollars . This one is perfect it's strong it's durable and looks fantastic. Very easy to assemble and can fit more than you could imagine . I couldn't be happier. I use it for my inventory for the boutique I've set up at my home and it fits more than any other hanging system I've ever purchased , Without compromising the clothing. I love how the top has a little bit of space to be able to throw some things over like purses and belts and what not . If you're looking for a hanging system to put a lot of clothes That's sturdy and looks great - this is for you My only complaint is that things that are longer need to be hung differently because otherwise will hit the floor . I bought (2) racks as part of my downsizing and moving into a one-bedroom apartment -high rise. They are extremely solid/sturdy and truly commercial grade product. I did have someone put them together for me as they do require tool box and some coordinated effort. If you have the space, they are perfect for the 2nd bedroom or the garage to keep permanently. They are also attractive enough to use for guests and definitely for a large party if hanging coats in the bedroom or down the hallway, etc. I am still using them as I coordinate getting bids from closet organizer companies. Bottom line - this product is commercial grade, sturdy, attractive and has many uses, including storage on the top rack. It is a good investment. Downside - just be sure to have someone in the household who can put them together for you. (heavy duty screws with a lot of parts to secure product in place) This product is a very good buy. It was simple to put together took 20 minutes,this one is really well made and will hold a lot of clothes unlike the single she had that buckled in too when she loaded it up and this has a place on top to put pocket books or other items if needed,I"m gonna make her a holder to sit on top so she can add some other items because this one is really strong! I like this. It's very sturdy and useful. I agree with other commenters, and took one star off, because it is a bit short overall (my dresses sometimes rest against the floor, but everything else including pants hangs off the ground, from what I've noticed. I'm 5'5'', for reference). I like the overall size of it width-and-depth-wise though, it holds tons of clothes and feels very sturdy and stable, and it was easy to assemble. I bought some big square baskets to rest on the top bars, and that has been very handy too, as they sit very easily on top of those bars without interfering with getting clothes hangers on and off the actual rack, and that provides storage for shoes and accessories like belts. Best clothes rack I ever bought. Money well spent. I have a lot of clothes and this rack was able to fit multiple items. It is able to withstand the weight of the clothes . It does not fall over because the base is well built and smartly balanced. It needs some space because it fits so many garments. You can hang any item on it, including jackets, handbags, regardless of the weight. This is money well spent. My fiancé and I live in a older house with not a lot of storage/closet space.
