I bought this bag because I thought with the dimensions it might be able to fit my gaming laptop which is 17 inches - and it fits! It’s a snug fit, and it doesn’t quite fit in the “laptop sleeve” area of the backpack, but it does fit perfectly in the backpack itself. It had lots of room and compartments and even an outside zipper compartment in the back and a strap that runs horizontally in the back so you can put this backpack on a suit case handle. I ordered this because I'm starting college this year, and I really like the quality of it! It seems really sturdy and could hold all my books and my laptop with ease, the water bottle side pockets could fit my big 25 oz water bottle and the inside of the bag has many pockets that can hold materials and such. The bag itself is really pretty, and the patch on the front looks really nice with the colors. I hope it stays with me throughout most of my time in college, and by the looks of it, most likely it will! Got this in October and has lasted me all throughout January. I still use the backpack as well. I’m an astrophysics major in college and it fits all of the materials I need. It’s incredibly spacious, and the laptop compartment fits my 15.6” laptop perfectly. It’s not cheaply made and I haven’t had any issues with it. It also keeps my stuff dry, but I do note that the backpack is water-proof, not water-resistant. Read more
