This cowgirl-print cardigan turned out to be exactly what we hoped for which is great quality, true-to-photo design, and surprisingly warm without feeling bulky. The knit is a nice medium thickness with clean jacquard detailing and no loose threads or frays. After a couple of washes (gentle cycle with a laundry bag), it held its shape and the colors stayed sharp, which immediately sets it apart from cheaper novelty prints. The Western graphics look bold in person, and the symmetry across the front and sleeves gives it a polished, intentional look. The fabric blend is soft and comfortable for all-day wear, making it perfect for chilly fall or winter days. Pairing it with jeans and boots really brings out that "cowboy chic" vibe and great for country concerts, Nashville trips, or just adding a little Western flair to a casual outfit. Beautiful, well made horse sweater! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this sweater! The colors are separate, which is great - sometimes the colors of a sweater bleed into each other! The knitting is even. It isn't heavy-weight, but it's not cheaply lightweight either. It is perfect for Fall and early Spring, and perfect for winter with layering. It's also great for cooler summer evenings! The buttons are on the sweater securely and the buttonholes are not cheaply placed! It is very soft and warm! Comfortable to wear! And the sizing is spot on! My grandchildren live on a ranch and they are involved in many agriculture projects. This sweater is perfect - it is difficult to find agriculture-centered clothing. I am not sure of how this launders yet, as they have not laundered the sweater. But the sweater is well made - no loose threads or sloppy seams. The sweater feels durable, so I think that it will launder well. We always hang our clothes to dry, as this insures less shrinkage and keeps clothing looking newer for longer!
