Great nasal strips but larger than typical design
These nasal strips work really well and stick nicely - just remember to wash your face or at least your nose! I used them for sleeping but I think they'd work well in the gym or for exercising too, especially since they're clear so you won't look as funny. One thing I'll note is they're wider than usual nasal strips... There are three "ribs" rather than one or two I've seen in other versions. I don't know if this actually helps open your airways any more (I haven't noticed a measurable difference) but it does make them seem like they'd be too big for small faces or at least of you have a small nose, it might be an issue. I'm a full size man so it's fine for me but my little sister tried them and she felt like they were too big. Read more
