Very Nice! Came exactly within time frame they stated on the earlier end (which actually didn't fully state til ordered). Customer service response was very quick honest and accomodating. I contacted seller soon after order 3 times. Twice to make changes to order and once to request delivery before Mothers day for my daughter. They got all of it done to perfection even though delivery couldn't quite be guaranteed with time frame and change request but were upfront about it. She will love it! As for wear and tear time will tell...she takes care of her things and has a small wrist so not worried about size of bangel like some. Read more

The metal feels and looks a little like plastic. It's not bad for a child but for an adult I don't think the quality quite gets there. I would recommend a better metal - it doesn't feel like sterling silver to me. I'm sure you can improve it a bit. Best wishes. ~hnb Read more

The clasp is not ideal at all. The only thing that hold it closed is a tiny clasp. I only had it on 15 minutes before it opened and all my charms when everywhere. I love the charms, but hate the bracelet. Would not recommend this at all. Paid way to much for this item to not be able to wear it. Read more

I ordered a bracelet with 3 personalized hearts...it took a week or so until delivery. This is understandable due to the personalization. It was appropriately packaged and each heart was wrapped in plastic...the names of my children were flawlessly done. I guess it will take some wear and time to see if the quality lasts. Although, the bracelet has warnings against wearing while exercising, washing hands, etc. I also ordered the largest size which seems small but this will not apply to everyone. I wore the bracelet for the first time today and the clasp became undone. The hearts came off but luckily I was able to retrieve them. I had this bracelet paired with another and I am not sure if that could explain why this happened...so far, I am pleased with the purchase. Read more

I bought this as a gift for my mother in law. The engraved charms came out perfect, and the bangle is very nice. I ordered the smaller bangle by mistake, and had to contact the seller for the larger one. I expected to at least pay shipping and return the smaller one, but the seller sent the larger bangle at no cost. Read more

Necklace was everything I thought it will be very pleased. Shipping alittle scary. When order it I was told it be in on September 30 from USPS with order confirmation. Two days later I got up date of October 1st or 2 nd from DHL services. Did not realize it was coming from over seas. I was scheduled to leave the 2nd. Luckily it came the 1st from USPS. It was transfer from DHL services to USPS (confusing). Would have been nice to know when I ordered it, since it was a homing coming gift. But it worked out well and I was pleased with it.
