Meets all the requirements
I bought the Royal Blue color (sparkle-free), which was true to color. They are soft but not so soft that they have no shape. They feel good against bare skin. The elastic around the top and bottom I worried was going to feel constricting, but it was just enough to keep them in place. They are thick without being bulky, and warm but not overhot. Basically, they are the definition of moderation. My calves are over 16" around, and that was not a problem. I think they won't fall down, though they haven't been washed yet, and I didn't yet walk around wearing them. Read more
Fairly soft, generously sized
I have restless legs, and generally I don't like things in close contact with my calves. These are soft enough to be comfortable and help a lot with cold legs at night. I don't like that they require hand washing and air drying. Acrylic should be sturdy enough for at least the delicate cycle. The sizing is fine for my large feet and full calves. Read more
