The sizing is good, I wear an 8 1/2 and it fit perfectly. Some mention the color gray is darker than expected but I love it. It goes nicely with black jeans, not a monotone like black would have been, but a subtle difference enough to make them stand out. They are comfortable to wear, especially with the lower heel, and they still look good with wide leg jeans. They were a little still on the first wear but have softened a little. I really like these little boots. I got the gray color and I love it; it’s a dark gray which almost looks like a faded black. They were a little stiff to put on at first, but the more I wear them the better they’ve become. They’re comfortable to walk in with a pretty good arch support for my needs, decent cushioning, and low heel. I got my normal size, 8, and the fit is right on. Just got these ankle boots and so far, I'm loving them! I'm a size 9 with a slightly wide foot and narrow heel. I haven't walked very far, just around my house, but the only things I'm worried about are the outer ankle and the looseness in the heel - the top of the shoe touches my ankle bone (see pic) and I'm not sure if it will rub/blister as I walk. I'll update the post later on that aspect. Everything else is perfect - the heel height, the toe width, the buckle, the color, and material.
