I bought this sweater after reading the New Times recent review of cashmere sweaters. The cashmere is soft and silky. The quality for the price is very good. I haven't worn it yet so I can't comment on pilling. The purple color is slightly darker than shown online. But a beautiful rich color. The Original Cashmere Crewneck Sweater is a relaxed fit giving it a slightly casual look. I did try to size down for a more fitted sweater but the next size down was too short. I also ordered the Peacock which is a beautiful jewel toned deep blue green as shown online. The Seafoam is not as pictured. It appears light blue online but is actually a true seafoam-soft greenish blue. I am 63.5" and 120 lbs. I tried the the small and x-small. The small fit best; loose but a good length. The x-small was a more feminine fit but still fit well in the shoulders and arm length but too short in the torso. I recommend the NAADAM Women's Original Cashmere Crewneck sweater. Much better quality than Charter Club or this year's Landsend women's long sleeved crewneck. UPDATE (11-18-25): I've worn my NAADAM sweaters several times and have washed them in the washing machine a couple of times in a mesh bag, regular, warm/cold cycle, full load and laid flat to dry. They did not shrink and retained their shape. I did have to lightly iron. I've had minimal pilling; mostly under the arms where the inside of the arm rubs against my torso. I'm ordering more colors. Not sure what to get for that annoying person who has everything? A nice cashmere sweater is just what you need, and this is a nice sweater at a very reasonable price. Soft, warm, lightweight and packable. Dress it up with diamonds or wear it with jeans and boots. Always appropriate, always looks good, and it makes you, the giver, look good too. Although the color is beautiful and the fit is really nice, I'm not so sure that this is 100%cashmere. I have several cashmere Sweaters and this is not nearly as soft in texture as my others. I'll keep it because it is still a nice sweater and nice for what I need. Read more

This is a wonderfully soft cashmere sweater. I bought a black one several years ago and eventually my daughter started wearing it. It has been washed many times and layed flat to dry; it still looks new! I can't wait to give her this beautiful peacock blue at Christmas. I highly recommend this brand! Not the quality you’d expect for price at all! It’s very itchy, and not the best cut/fit - runs small! I wear a size small anywhere else, and I ordered a M based on reviews, and the sleeves are still short! It’s a $30 sweater at most honestly, don’t waste your money or time on returns. Read more

Really nice. One of my go-to sweaters when I want to look slightly dressy. The blue is a really pretty color. I haven't had issues with wrinkling. I love the fit. Great if you can get it on sale! Read more

At first I loved this sweater. The color is true to the image. The size chart was accurate. It's soft enough, not as soft as *good* cashmere, but it was fine. I was able to easily style it with jeans, black slacks, and a navy silk skirt. However, after the first wash it was already starting to lose some of the softness and starting to shrink (gentle wash cold, air dry). After two washes, it's unflatteringly snug and the sleeves don't even reach my wrists anymore. Read more

I love this sweater. In fact, so much I ordered 3 more - black, white (a nice winter white which I love), navy and peacock blue. Really soft and a nice fit. I tried both the large and extra large. The large was a good fit, more fitted while the XL was looser for a more casual look. Just know if you want to be more casual you might want to go up a size for that looser fit. Read more
