I've tried 5 different brands looking for a soft, long sleeved night shirt. This is my favorite! I'm 5'9" 135lbs, and this shirt in medium fits great. It's comfortable - I don't notice it stretching across my shoulders, and don't notice the seams. The sleeves are long enough for my long arms, and the material is very soft.
