The media could not be loaded. I bought this because I wanted to fit two soap dispensers plus a sponge and possibly other things and it is the perfect size. I love that everything is removable even the feet that it’s on it’s lightweight. The white is made of plastic and the metal is a stainless steel it functions as expected you can have itself drained or plugged the hole. I find that I never have enough water for it to leak out so I just hide the little draining piece it turns in the soap dispensers I have in this are 16 ounces. I could put them right next to each other if I removed one of the pole things, but I like the pole things in there because it keeps the dispensers from moving around it looks really good in my kitchen.
