PROS — I have been taking this for a week and I definitely feel the increased energy levels and improved sleep. CONS — I am having the Nicotinamide Riboside side effect of night sweats (and day sweats). Not as bad as a hot flash but noticeable and they usually wake me up around 6am — which is better than the usual 3 or 4am wake up, and I can usually get back to sleep. I also am havimb the NMN side effect of nightmares — vivid, cinematic and dramatic nightmares. I’m going to drop to a half dose this week to see if any of my side effects improve while maintaining the benefits. Read more
I was really hoping this NAD+ supplement would boost my energy and overall wellness, but it didn’t work for me at all. I took it consistently and never felt any difference, no increase in energy, focus, or noticeable benefits. It also didn’t cause side effects, but it simply didn’t deliver on any of its claims. I can say that this supplement is more complete. Resveratrol, one of its ingredients, along with CoQ10, will provide you with energy for your day. It also contains quercetin and B12 to improve your antioxidant defenses and overall vitality, in addition to other vegan ingredients. All of these ingredients contribute to a healthy metabolism.
