PROS — I have been taking this for a week and I definitely feel the increased energy levels and improved sleep. CONS — I am having the Nicotinamide Riboside side effect of night sweats (and day sweats). Not as bad as a hot flash but noticeable and they usually wake me up around 6am — which is better than the usual 3 or 4am wake up, and I can usually get back to sleep. I also am havimb the NMN side effect of nightmares — vivid, cinematic and dramatic nightmares.
