Pros: flattering shape, light material, accurate color, nice design, and, of course, pockets. Cons: cheaper fabric (the best way I can think to describe it is - you know the crepe-y paper 'gown' you get at your OBGYN's office? Imagine if that were made into a fabric. That's what this fabric is and how it feels). It does wrinkle fairly easily, but I don't mind. I was a little wary about the sizing and whether to get a small or medium (skirts at stores tend to be too big in the waist). I have a 27-inch waist the last I checked and was wary about getting a small, but the small is perfect. A medium would have been probably too loose to sit at my actual waist. I got a dark green and a light blue and am tempted to get other colors, but I'm not sure yet how tops will work with fall approaching. We'll see! Read more

I love the style of the skirt, enjoy the light weight material for summer and the length of the skirt. Being 5' 9" it hits me slightly below my knee. Unfortunately, I too had to reorder the skirt for a larger size. The waist is still a little tight, but if I loose a little more weight it will be perfect. The reason I gave the skirt only 3 stars is because the skirt runs small and it has the most bazar lining I have ever seen in my life, especially for a white skirt. As a former Home Ec. teacher, I would have failed my students if they had ever submitted a skirt which measured 26" long, but only had a 14" lining. Both of the skirts had the same length of lining, so I know the first skirt wasn't a fluke. I ended up cutting the lining off, very easy to do, and wearing a nude half slip. Read more

This skirt was a great buy, the fabric was very nice and well made and the buttons really gave it some class. The elastic waist was nice and roomy, I did however return my skirt and am going to look at a mortar and brick store instead. The size chart said I would need an XL for my waist size, but the elastic is so loose and stretchy that I could have worn a medium. I am only 5'2" and 140 lbs. and I would have needed to hem up the bottom as it went way past my knees. This would be a great addition to a wardrobe if you could find the correct size. Read more

I have this skirt in 2 colors and I love them. The quality is great and the pockets are fantastic. Every time I wear these I get compliments. The lavender is a little less forgiving when it comes to being a little see through so keep that in mind with styling, otherwise they are great and I’ll add more colors to my collection in the future Read more
