I feel like the only reason the rating is low on this stamper is because people didn't know how to use it!!! I have about half a dozen stampers and this is my absolute favorite by far! I even ordered a second one!! When stamping, using stamping polishes makes a huge difference (if you don't have any, buy one, you'll see). This stamper picks up the cleanest and stamps perfectly (with the added bonus of seeing where you're stamping). To clean it, use a lint roller (never acetone or dish soap!!!). Just press it on the lint roller to take off extra polish or lint. And never use a file on it. There's different types of stampers, but this one is a smooth sticky surface and for it to work, you have to keep it in tact. I've had mine for probably over a year and it still works wonderfully. This is my must have for nail stamping. Read more

I'm moderately experienced with nail stamping and in my opinion, this stamper is not for beginners. It needed to be primed 3 times (using warm water and dish soap, then air drying, as well as running a lint roller over it several times) before I was able to finally pick up an image. Picking up the image requires a soft, but not too soft, rolling over the image (as opposed to pressing down on it) and doing the same to place the image onto the nail. I used Konad stamping polish and both Konad & Born Pretty plates. Running the lint roller over the stamper between each nail seems to help. The stamper is exceptionally clear and the cap is a great feature. Though the scraper is the size of a credit card, it's less flexible & slightly thicker. As a result, the scraper doesn't work quite as well; though it suffices if it's all you have. All in all, I really wanted this stamper to work and so I put forth the effort to succeed in its use. If you have the patience and put forth the effort, it will eventually work. However, if you're a beginner or frustrate easily, you may want to try something else. Read more

I was not impressed with the product as it did not simplify my work as expected. The rubber component detached easily, which forced me to complete the task manually instead of relying on the productβs intended functionality. This inconvenience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for efficiency and ease of use. Read more

"Jeff's Wife"- I'm reviewing both sets of plates. I have been stamping for over 6 years and have always bought stainless steel plates. Except a year ago when I bought 3 acrylic layered plates from a well know company in Hong Kong (who recently decided to stop making SS plates replacing them with acrylic), and, I ABSOLUTELY HATE them! No matter what thickness of scraper I used I could never get a clean scrape - probably because they thought it would be a good idea to add texture to the top of the plate plus you can not use acetone. Anyone who has tried to clean plates with non-acetone remover knows what a pain that can be. So I've been very skeptical about acrylic plates ever since. Anyway, back to THESE pink beauties! First of all THEY ARE PINK! How can you not love that? Second, THEY STAMP BEAUTIFULLY! I did have a few issues with getting a clean scrape and sometimes still do on the first try. But there's always a learning curve to something different. There is very slight texture on the plate, you can hear it when you scratch it gently with your nail, but not deep enough for polish to sit in. I've been looking at both sets for a few months, almost everyday while checking for deals and I kept telling myself "NO, they're plastic. They won't work. You'll just waste your money". But last week I looked at them again and said, "What the heck. They're 5 bucks for 5, get both. If they don't stamp, you can send them back". And I'm so glad I got them. Plus, I don't have images like these, which is a major issue when you have a large collection of plates (I won't say how many I have, my husband might read this). There are images for nails of all lengths and widths. Yes, there are a few really large images with only 3 or 4 on the plate but there's so much that can be done as long as you have the imagination. I honestly can't believe how well these stamp, even the small images with fine detail! Now they just need to make some layered plates! Read more

The artifact is very practical and easy to use, I love how easy I can get to do the French and how beautiful it is. Without a doubt, I need to practice a little more. Read more
