Been using for years, feel like a pro!! It is very strong, if it sensitises my skin I soothe with Aloe Vera Healing gel! Love how smooth and silky my skin feels and looks after I use it. Quick and easy before my shower, I spray on in the shower (no water) and wait a about 5 minutes (I have tough olive skin) then rinse off in the shower.
