The potency seems very good and you'll notice a significant difference in your workout endurance. My wife's been taking this as well as creatine is supposed to be extra beneficial for women. 6 month REVIEW & Update: I recently purchased the 2.2 lb jug of Naked Creatine, and I can confidently say it has drastically improved my morning brain fog while acting effectively as a true monohydrate creatine. One of the most appealing aspects of this product is its simplicity—there's only one ingredient, which aligns perfectly with my commitment to non-synthetic foods. Having used Naked Creatine for roughly six months now, I've experienced significant benefits. I take between 30-35 grams per serving, starting my day with it mixed into my morning coffee. Using an electric mixer helps incorporate the creatine seamlessly, leaving my coffee slightly frothy and easy to drink. Why Choose Naked Creatine? This creatine stands out not only for its effectiveness but also for its purity. For those cautious about the ingredients in their supplements, Naked Creatine offers peace of mind as it contains no artificial additives or unnecessary fillers. Potential Benefits: Enhanced Cognitive Function: I’ve noticed significant improvements in mental clarity and focus, particularly during the mornings when I often struggle with brain fog. Physical Performance: This creatine has allowed me to work out longer before experiencing lactic acid buildup and has provided a longer pump during my workouts. I feel more energized and focused throughout the day. Increased Urination: One side effect I've noticed is increased urination, similar to what you might experience during the loading phase of creatine supplementation. Considerations: While I have had a positive experience, it’s essential to take individual needs into account when selecting a supplement. Final Thoughts: As a 25-year retired Army veteran who stays super active, I have high demands on my body, and Naked Creatine facilitates all of my needs. The product offers amazing value and is ranked among the highest quality creatines based on real-world reviews from verified users. Additionally, there’s ample peer-reviewed research from athletes, doctors, and scientists supporting the benefits of monohydrate creatine. If you’re looking for a high-quality, single-ingredient creatine that can help with both cognitive and physical performance, I highly recommend giving Naked Creatine a try. Feel free to make any further adjustments or let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to add! Read more

My only issue with this is it didn't come with a dang scoop! I am almost done with the container, it's not here... Otherwise, the product seems good and as expected. No flavor, mixes well in water. I assume it's doing what it's supposed to do, but it can be hard to tell with these things ;) I am getting more; it's among the best prices you'll find. Read more

Have not had stomach issues with this creatine. Good quality, good size container, no fillers, gets the job done. I do not load, I instead take 5g daily with an occasional day or two off, but that is my personal approach. I feel that supplementing with creatine helps me access more repetitions in reserve during heavier lifts and recover slightly faster, and I understand that it can also help mental fatigue and clarity especially under suboptimal conditions. I recently switched to NAKED creatine after using ON for about 2-3 months. After using the NAKED for about a week, here are my primary takeaways. I should note that I mix my creatine with my hot coffee in the morning after hydrating with at least 10oz of water first. I used to start all my mornings off with a protein shake blended with creatine and either a banana or frozen berries. After a while the shakes started to upset my stomach (mildly). Ever since I started mixing my creatine with hot coffee I've experienced less discomfort even with the ON brand. Now on to why I love the NAKED brand more: first it comes in an actual powder form (similar to powdered sugar), which means it dissolves significantly better than the crystalized versions of creatine. So far I have not experienced any sand like texture once I reach the bottom of my cup which is awesome. Secondly, I have not once experienced stomach discomfort with this brand, although I have not tried mixing it with a protein shake since it's colder now and I prefer something warm in the morning, so I can't exactly say how well it mixes in cold liquids for now. Otherwise I'm really happy with those two factors, and will continue to purchase this brand until otherwise. In terms of performance, I've honestly never been able to tell how well my body takes to creatine, and for all I know it could be a placebo effect. I only take 5g daily, and currently dont feel the need to do 10-20g as I dont experience exhaustion during workouts or daily activities. For reference I am a 41yo male who lifts weights about 4x per week and eats a primarily clean diet. Read more
