First, I'll say that I always have to order two sizes up (40) in any Naot boot from my ordinary 38. That said, I love the fit and the style of this Naot boot (Helm). It's subtle yet totally boss looking. The boots are quite comfortable and my Naot boots are my favorite shoes in Fall/Winter/Early Spring. Seller did a great job of packaging and shipping! I ordered size EU 39 listedto be w 8-8.5 equivalent these were too small, but particularly the left boot!!?? It was so different i could barley get my foot in it. I returned this pair and order a 40 EU w9-9.5 equivalent. SAME PROBLEM if my other boots weren't sitting on the sofa I would have thought they turned around and sent the same pair of boots! The right foot was better but the left foot still very tight (my right foot historically my bigger foot) If I were a panty hose sock on the left and a light sock on the right I can make it work. They are lovely boots, but for the price and being advertised as a "walking store" level type of boot I am disappointed. Read more

My feet measure standard width and size 6.5 with socks on, but I need a wide toe box, so I usually get size 7/7.5 dress shoes and size 7.5 running shoes. Based on other reviewers, I rounded my usual 7.5 up to an 8, and these boots seem to fit perfectly with socks on. They are incredibly comfortable. The blue is the color of blue jeans. Unfortunately, my pair arrived in a beat-up box with scuffed suede at the heel and a creased toe, as though they were a floor model from a shoe sstore. The suede is white/grey under the blue dye where it was scuffed. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this pair based on the disappointing condition (there's no other pair available in my size to exchange, so it's take it or leave it), and I'm not sure how durable they will be if I wear them daily (the suede scuff concerns me), but the color is gorgeous and the fit is fantastic. They're as comfortable as running shoes. I'm very torn. Read more
