Not worth it!
These dilators ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY! Even though they are inexpensive, they are flimsy pieces of silicone with NO level of strength to keep nasal passages open. I'm returning them. Read more

Not great, material is flimsy should be made with something harder. I use note strips and intake breathing typically but I wanted to branch out and find something re usable to save money. These aren’t it!! Read more

These don't work. While they are soft and comfortable to wear in your nose, they do not have adequate pressure to dilate your nostrils. Don't waste your money or time. There are better nasal dilators out there. Read more
