Customers find the nasal moisturizer effective at relieving dryness and preventing nosebleeds, working instantly and being better than saline alternatives. Customers disagree on whether it's worth the price, and the bottle size receives criticism for being too small for the price.

Moisturizing nasal spray

Amanda KSeptember 6, 2025✓ Verified purchase

This moisturizing nasal spray was recommended by my ENT for daily use. Before trying this spray, I had used Vaseline, aloe gels, and saline sprays, but none of them provided the relief I needed. This particular nasal spray is now a staple in my medicine cabinet due to its effectiveness. It consistently prevents my nose from drying out, unlike other products I've tried. While the bottle is smaller than some, the results are well worth it. The spray has a subtle scent, but it doesn't bother me. Read more

Among the Best for Nasal Moisturizing

CustomerAugust 29, 2025✓ Verified purchase

Like others that mentioned in the reviews, the packaging could be better as the perforated plastic is hard to remove. However, I have tried Ayr gels, saline spray, lanolin, etc, and this is so far among the best I've used to keep the inside of my nose feeling moisturized. I have also noticed less crust/boogers so far after using it. I'll keep using it and hopefully, this will be my permanent replacement for the other products! Read more

Works great but $45/oz?!?!?! C'mon Man!

I had been having nosebleeds, some severe for several months. I started using Neosporin to moisturize by nostrils. That worked well but I didn't want to use it on a long term basis. I decided to give NozAid a try. It works well but the cost is ridiculous! I bought some organic sesame skin care oil at a local health food store for less than $1.50/oz and used it for a couple of weeks. Worked just as well as NozAid for 3% of the cost. Since NozAid is supposed to be "pharmaceutical grade" (whatever that is) I decided to look for some of that. I found some organic sesame oil advertised as "pharmaceutical grade" online for less than $3/oz. I've been using it for about a week with good results. If I want to use the NozAid pump sprayer I can just refill it for about $1. So, thank you NozAid for introducing me to sesame oil to moisturize by nose but I'll pass on the high price. Read more

Average product!

I am a 37yr old female in the northern winter states and never in my life have I had such a dry nose and it is painful to the point I can’t even touch the side of my nostril. I have tried everything Vaseline, Vix, Saline exc. I googled different products and came across this. Here is my experience w/it, day one I thought it was amazing instant relief. Day 2-3 about the same but I felt like I had to apply a few times to make it seem like it was working. I didn’t apply day four and it was back to the same thing. So in my experience w/it was immediate relief until it wore off and the relief did not last. It also is very oily. I gave it 3/5 stars because I don’t think it’s the best but also not the worst. I would not recommend it to a friend and would not repurchase. Also it’s a small bottle Read more

This is by far one of the most effective products on the market! Must Try!

DJDecember 20, 2017✓ Verified purchase

So, I live in LA, and there has been a number of wild fires in the area making the air unbearable. On top of the fires, the air is extremely dry here in the winter. All this has been making my life miserable; congested nose, sneezing, sinuses going crazy and even migraine. I have tried the standard saline nasal rinse, which provided temporary relief, but then my nose would dry up again and get irritated. In searching for a better solution, I came across NozAid, and it is amazing! The oil based formula kept my nose moist at all time, so I no longer get irritated from the dry air. In addition, it also created a barrier from all the pollutants and allergens in the air. This resulted in complete long lasting relief, which translates to better sleep and more productive day. Thank you for creating this incredible product! Read more

Savior for Horrible Sinuses & Pregnancy Rhinitis

LeChelsMay 12, 2020✓ Verified purchase

I have bad sinuses--like probably need surgery bad, with a tiny nasal bridge, that are exacerbated this winter by dry weather and pregnancy rhinitis. I religiously use a humidifier and Flonase a few times a week. I bought Nozaid for a Colorado high altitude ski trip this winter and found it really provides relief for the discomfort of a dry nose and out-performed everything else I brought with me, including Xclear in terms of relief. The dog got ahold of my bottle and chewed it up, so I haven't had it for awhile. Fast fwd, even though it is spring, I blow a dry bloody nose every morning lately (sorry if graphic, pregnancy is fun) and snore a lot. So I re-purchased this and for the first time woke up with clear mucus and a moisturized nose. If you're skeptical about it being sesame oil, know that it's not like the kind you cook with--it's less of a taste than any other nasal product I've tried, I think because it's a gel and really sticks where it ought to. I wish it were a tad cheaper or I could buy in two packs. I'm obsessed with this stuff because it really improves my quality of life! Read more

IT WORKS

Noreen L.September 5, 2024✓ Verified purchase

I have tried so many things for a dry cracked nose. I have a drawer full of products that didn't work. This one works great for me. I have already put another bottle in my cart. With all that being said, I nearly killed myself trying to get the plastic wrap off the bottle. Scissors, a knife, tweezers and finally my teeth!! OMG, I was 5 minutes from taking a hammer and smashing it. LOL Maybe a little change in packaging might be a good idea!!! Otherwise, great product! Read more

New packaging is awful

MountainsToCityNovember 17, 2019✓ Verified purchase

EDIT: UPDATING FOR NEW PRODUCT PACKAGING They've changed the packaging and it no longer includes a large lid that covers the top, as pictured. Instead, there is a very small lid on the top of the tip and a TON of complex plastic wrap. It took me 30 minutes to open it during which time the top portion of the sprayer popped off. And without a lid that covers all the moving parts, it's no longer possible to take this traveling. The size of the bottle also seems much smaller. For the price they're charging, it's no longer worth it. I don't know how I went so many years without knowing this existed! I suffer from chronic sinus infections and irritation, especially in winter when indoor heating systems dry me out. My sinuses were killing me even after using a neti pot and I could not figure out what to do when I found this. AHHHHH. Instant relief. I am hooked. There is no smell and no weird texture to deal with. Just spray and rub sinuses to spread. Read more
