This was the third brand of nasal strips that I tried and while they were not the most effective, you definitely got more for the value. I got the 120 strip pack for 17.99, and the other clear set that I tried was 6 dollars more for only 15 wipes/strips. Both clear sets that I tried have come in a thinner design. These do not open my nasal passageways quite as much as the first, thicker version, that I got. However, at only 14 cents per strip these are still more effective than they aren't. I have oily skin, so all strips have the tendency to lift from time to time. With both of the clear versions, I have found that they tend to lift with more frequency. This may, again, be attributed to the thinner surface area, by which they can cling to. I have used these for sleeping as well as indoor workouts. I do like that these are more aesthetically pleasing than the thick, black bandage-like version that I first ordered. While still visible, they are less so against pale skin, making it more inviting to wear outside of the home as needed. It's unfortunate that these aren't just a little wider, for greater efficiency. I have seasonal allergies, and summer into fall always leave me at my wits' end. All I want to do, is breathe. Especially when I'm trying to sleep! I was taking two allergy medicines and using two inhalers, making sure there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, and still, I would wake up being unable to breathe, with the chapped lips to prove it. My doctor suggested nasal strips. Seriously? Nasal strips? Well, I did say I would try almost anything... And so I did. WOW! I'm still using the allergy meds, and with these strips, I'm breathing! While I'm sleeping! I don't wake up in the middle of the night, and my lips aren't chapped. They. Work! They really do! My skin is super sensitive, so I was worried that my skin would be irritated. I don't know how they do it, but they are easy to apply, seem to fit my nose well, and stay on all night. When I remove it in the morning, there isn't any irritation at all! These are well worth the price for the ability to breathe and sleep, and with so many in the package, it will last at least a couple of seasons. I feel like I've found my new allergy slayer. my review of : . Nasal Strips Clear Nose Strips(120) . These nasal strips come in perforated sheet and each strip can be torn off individually. They open just like a band-aid. Then you just peel the two pieces off the back to expose the back of the strip ( the sticky side ). Very simple to use ... simply wash your face and dry it. Then you can use a cotton ball and some rubbing alcohol to get any oils etc . off. Then just place the strip over the bridge of your nose and press down for 15-30 seconds. . You will instantly feel your nasal passages pull open and your breathing feel easier. These strips really work well. I wear them to sleep and also when working out. I have bad sinuses and narrow nostril openings and these really help me breathe easier. I definitely sleep much better. . The strips stick very well , yet peel off very easily after use. No residue left behind. They are clear all the way through as well ... so they are not super noticeable on your face in case you want to wear them out in public. The price point is very fair as well.
