These nasal strips definitely help open up my airways and make breathing easier at night. I noticed less snoring and a deeper, more restful sleep. They also work great for workouts when I want a little extra airflow. Once they’re on, they stay put really well, even through some sweat. The only downside is the application process. I had a hard time peeling the plastic backing off. It takes some patience and the strips themselves felt a bit stiff when first applying them. After a few minutes, they softened up and felt more comfortable. Overall, they do what they promise and make a noticeable difference in breathing and sleep quality. If the manufacturer made them a little easier to apply, they’d be perfect! The size was fine. Pretty good value. Read more

These are probably the worst nasal strips I've ever used. I wash my face every night before I put on the strip and when I wake up, it is already half way off my nose. This is the only brand that has done this. I've used this several times already so it isn't just a one or two time instance. Read more
