Wow! I'm actually very surprised and thankful to have tried these! My fiancé has had problems with his nose always being stuffy and his snoring has been my worst enemy for YEARS! We've tried everything from Breathe Right nasal strips, OTC meds like Zyrtec, Benadryl etc never really helped and neither have the nasal sprays he's tried! These Nasal Strips look exactly like a blackhead/pore strip for your nose (like the brand Bioré) and applying them is just as simple! IMO, making sure the area you're applying this strip to is clean, dry and free of oils is KEY to ensure this stays in place and works accordingly! I never thought I'd be able to get adequate sleep again until I bought these and tried them for myself! Both of us sleep very well, there ISN’T any issue with the strip coming loose during sleep NOR is there any stickiness or residue on your nose after removing the strip! One thing I will give a heads up on is that these things are a bit "stuck on there" when you do remove them. So make sure to ready oneself and remove it like a wax strip! These are terrible. They’re pretty rigid so trying to press them over my nose is useless not to mention painful. I have to press way too hard to get it to stick. The adhesive doesn’t extend the whole length of the strip and within a few minutes it starts peeling up from both sides. It feels honestly like it’s not wide enough. It’s just poorly designed junk and it feels and looks like a scam. Read more

I got this for my husband and honestly didnt think they’d work, but his snoring has gone down a lot. He says it really opens up his nose and makes breathing feel more relaxed. Felt a little weird at first, but he’s used to it now., it stays on all night thanks to the strong adhesive,just make sure your nose is dry before applying. Read more
