Solid, Comfortable Breathing Strips

These are solid breathing strips – not perfect, but better than most. The strength of the three plastic strips definitely makes a difference over the usual two. The rounded shape is more comfortable to wear but not quite as effective as the kind with wings, in terms of adhesion strength. Clear strips like this have a tackier adhesive, which lasts much longer that other strips that are cloth or more bandaid-like. I recommend always using an alcohol wipe on the area before sticking the strip down for maximum adhesion, especially overnight. Read more
