First off, these are breathe strips. They are sticky. They last all night. They probably reduce snoring some. Please do not mistake these "beige" strips for the incredible tan brand name. They are not the same. These are an incredible value in a way. You get a ton more for the same money, so they will last you longer. Alas, that's where the praise stops. They do not have a rigid core and pull your nostrils outward MUCH less than other brands. The round edges are wide and stick, but because they lack thin strips, it's hard to get any kind of handle on it for removal. The adhesive is about 10 percent TOO sticky, and causes a long red welt when removed. This might be expected, but the welt lasts all day. My kid had a cold and I put one on him, he was crying the removal hurt so bad, and there were clear red marks where it had damaged his skin. I'm kind of okay with it for me. I don't need to be pretty, and don't care if I get a mark. The problem for me is that it just doesn't WORK as well. It needs to be functional, and it's maybe 50% effectiveness for 200% the disadvantages. If you get this, it's because you have trouble sleeping or someone you love wants you to stop snoring. Hopefully they love you enough to let you spend extra and not hurt yourself every morning when your strips come off. If you need something like this and WILL NOT pay full price, even waiting for a sale or getting via subscribe and save, then this is a four star product of a quality you would best picture as a dollar store find. I've been using these nasal strips for nighttime congestion, and overall they've been a solid addition to my sleep routine. They're comfortable to wear and stay on securely all night without peeling off or shifting, which is something I've had issues with in the past. I also appreciate how easy it is to remove in the morning; no skin irritation at all. In terms of performance, it did seem to help open up my nasal passageways, especially on nights when my dogs curled up on the bed with me (I'm mildly allergic). While not a miracle cure, there was an improvement in airflow and breathing comfort. The only downside is size. They work well, but I feel they could be slightly larger to provide better lift. These nose strips work as well as any I've tried. I do seem to sleep better, but it only seems to moderately help with the snoring issue. The strips stick well without leaving a weird residue or having the issue of sticking too well and irritating the skin. They don't smell weird, which can be an issue with some strips. They hold up well and don't peel loose in the night. I definitely breathe better with them. I'm not really fond of the black coloring, so I think I'll grab the clear ones next time.
