So, I have a problem with breathing through my nose during exercise. Never really thought much of it but it causes me to have to breath through my mouth, and it hasn't been great. I decided to try these on a whim and let me tell you, life-changing. The strength of the strip is apparent upon application, as my nasal passages felt more open. I was able to breath through my nose throughout the majority of a 30-minute workout! Never have I felt less burnt out after working out, and my throat wasn't so dry and beat-up. It makes the whole experience more pleasant and tolerable. This is the first product I've tried of its kind, so I don't have much to compare to. However, as long as you wash your face before use, they will stick fairly well. I used it during a 30-minute workout, and only near the end did it start pulling away due to the sweat on my face. I don't know if there's an adhesive would remain after that, but I expect there to be some product that could work better. I understand the main purpose of this product is for sleep, so it should reasonably stick better without the added sweat from a workout, but I haven't tested it's ability to stay in place for hours at a time. This is a product I can see myself sticking with, but I'd like to try others for better adhesion. Read more
