I struggle with nasal congestion at night, which often leads to snoring, so I grabbed these strips to help keep my airways open. I tried one for the first time this Tuesday. The design is a bit different from the standard brand-name strips I usually use; these have a "butterfly" or truncated shape with little slits on the sides. I found that this design actually helps them contour better to the curve of my nose without crinkling up or lifting at the edges. The adhesive is strong. It stayed secure all night long and didn't peel off against the pillow. Because the hold is "extra strength," I recommend splashing a little warm water on your nose before peeling it off in the morning to make removal gentler on the skin. I can't seem to find my sweet spot with nasal strips. The adhesive on the last brand I tried was so strong they hurt when I took them off. I gave them away. These have the opposite problem for me, though I notice here that others have not experienced it. That is, they won't stay on! I always find them laying in the bed somewhere by morning. Obviously this has prevented me from seeing how effective they truly are and if they assist with sleep quality. I did make sure to clean my face well and even used astringent before putting one of these on, so my nose was always clean to start with. However, I do have oily skin and it doesn't take long before I start to glisten a bit, so maybe that is why they would not stay put. Something to keep in mind if you are one of the oily skin crowd. I use these to help with airflow while sleeping. They lift the meat inside my nose, allowing me to get bigger breaths through my nose while asleep, which helps me stay asleep. I generally prefer the nasal strips that look more like band-aid to this type because they conform to my nose better, but these are decent. I like to flex & bend them before applying to ensure that they better fit the shape of my nose. I haven’t had any trouble with the strips coming up or off while I am sleeping. They do a good job! This box of 32 Nqyzen Nasal Strips works very well. The strips are very sticky and easy to apply, yet they remove easily in the morning without leaving marks or causing any skin irritation. They stayed in place throughout the entire night without peeling up, and I never had to wake up to adjust or remove them. The adhesive on these nasal strips is really good, and I feel an immediate gentle lift on the nostrils when applied. They do work to improve nasal air flow. Price wise, these are a great value, compared to name brand. Adhesive isn't nearly as strong, though, and if you use face lotion, they don't like to stick. Effective as the name brand on my husband, but not on me, because I use moisturizer. Size is equivalent to name brand and gives him a better sleep quality. Read more

These nasal strips really work. I thought they were just for snoring but I used them when I had a cold and they really helped open up my stuffy nose. I have sensitive skin so I tested one on my wrist first and forgot it was there. I had no irritation problems using these. I was surprised by how well they stuck and held in place. I like that each one is individually wrapped so they are easy to take along in a bag. I think they are nice quality and a good price. Read more
