I bought these to replace the worn-out mats in my car. They’re thicker than I expected and the leather parts look decent, though the beige shows dirt fast. The built-in heel pad is okay, but it doesn’t cover as much of the driver’s foot area as I hoped, so I still get some wear on the carpet. They slide around a bit even with the anti-slip backing. I tried tucking the edges under the seat rails, but they still shift when I get in and out or move my feet quickly. Water or mud doesn’t soak through, but cleaning the beige carpet part is annoying since it stains easily. Nicely made car floor mats. They seemed well made and the anti slip rubber bottom helps keep it from moving around when you get in and out of your car,and while driving these mats stay secured enough so that the floor mat does not slide down under your brake or gas pedal like what will happen when you get budget floor mats. The front driver side could be a little longer, because in my 2019 honda civic, the floor mat is little small in size because if I put the mat right where the seat starts, the mat stops short of my pedals so I sometimes catch the end of the floor mat with my heel. So I tried moving the floor mat up so that it is under my pedals and ends about half way under them. Then the other end is now a few inches away from the seat, so once in a awhile when getting in the car the mat will shift slightly and turn crooked and get the corner bunched up against the. Center console roll up. So I ended up putting them somewhere in between and so far so good. I did use my feet to push down on the mat with a slight twist motion to help get the anti slide spikes on the bottom t get caught in the fibers of the interior, so I am hoping it will help with keeping the floor mat from shifting around.
