I use these steno notebooks daily for work. They are sturdy enough to last until they are filled. The green tint paper makes anything that I write down, easy to look at while muting a bright white background. The paper is of adequate weight so it holds up, but it does have a certain degree of ghosting so you may need to think more about the pen you choose to write.
