I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable. Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep.
