This liquid melatonin sleep aide is very effective! My husband was using another brand that became discontinued. I found this brand and took the chance, I am happy I did. Not only does he fall asleep quite quickly, but he stays sleeping. And that’s where his problem was. He wakes up feeling rested and refreshed. He’s not a huge fan of the taste, but he says for how well it works, he can overlook that. Drops arrived sealed tightly. Read more

Tastes like cough medicine, but definitely helps me sleep!

I’ve been using melatonin to help me fall asleep on nights when I just can’t seem to shut my brain off. I took this liquid melatonin about an hour before bed, and it really works—I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night. One thing to note: you’ll need to take four droppers (each 1 mL) to get a total of 1 mg of melatonin. That’s quite a bit of liquid, and unfortunately, the taste reminds me of Robitussin cough syrup. However, chasing it with water helps make it more tolerable. Despite the taste, I’d still recommend this product if you’re struggling with falling asleep. The effectiveness outweighs the unpleasant flavor for me. Read more
