I like nature made, and I use many of their supplements, and I came across these vitamins here on Amazon for $5.99. (Just incase you didn’t know, anyone can submit a review on a product regardless of where you purchased) I thought this was a good deal; they have most of your daily vitamins or mineral values ranging from 80% to 200% needed for your daily intake allowance. I do not know if they are working. I do not have more or less energy, I do not have more or less cravings, my appetite is the same, they do not cause hunger, or frequent trips to the bathroom, the pills are huge, but not too hard to swallow, (you need lots of water) sometimes there is a vitamin or mineral like taste after burp; it’s not that often. It doesn’t bother me, and for the price. I’m taking them for the sake of taking a daily multivitamin. Please know the price does fluctuate here on Amazon. I’ve seen them as high as $11.99. I wait until the price drops to $5.99 and buy a couple of bottles. I would recommend these to a family member, a friend, or someone in general asking my opinion. The recommendation would be on the basis of what’s offered on the bottle, and what I think I understand, and believe about the company. The bottle says 23 key nutrients, and supports a healthy immune system, bone health, and cellular energy production. So, I guess it’s doing all of these things as stated or promised. I understand nature made to be a good brand, so I used this brand based on their commercials and reviews. I hope this information helps. I would recommend based on it’s ingredients, what they offer (as described) as a dietary supplement, they are USP certified, their commercials, and their popular name. Now, based on ingredients I cannot tell you about all of the holistic, organic, and carcinogenic information; it’s probably not any of that. I’m not really into that when it comes to certain things. Packing and delivery was fine. It comes in 1 to 2 days. I have Prime. I wish you the best on you vitamin journey I pray you find what you are looking for. Read more

I had low iron so I needed to find a multi-vitman that had iron in it, which was surpsingly had to find. These actually have iron in them while not sacrificing on any of the other important vitamins as well. The taste isn't bad at all and the pills are easy to swallow. I've noticed an improvement in my iron as well after taking these. I'm not as tired as I once was and have more energy now. Overall a good supplement. Read more

I have so many health issues, and my diet is limited because of the health issues. So that creates more health issues related to malnutrition. I started having atrocious, horrible cramps in my legs and feet, plus infuriating twitches, both of which got me looking up supplements. I knew they were caused by electrolyte and other deficiencies. Anyway I found an article that said what to look for in a multi vitamin. The best affordable match I could find was this product, and it's from a recognizable brand I've used many times before which made me feel better. The articles I read said that multi vitamins have MOST of the vitamins and minerals you need, but they basically can't fit significant amounts of magnesium, calcium and potassium, and they may cost too much. If you look at the percentages, they may only have 2% RDA. Plus not everyone needs to supplement those, especially potassium. If you get too much potassium it could be dangerous. Oh and the recommended quantities of each vitamin and mineral were very very close to, or exactly the same as, the quantities in this supplement. I can't remember exactly because it's been awhile, but I was really happy to find this. I started making sure to take this multivitamin every day, along with Nature Made cal mag twice a day. I have a ton of gut issues but if I take the pills with food it's fine. I get queasy if I forget to eat though, but I feel fine again after eating. I haven't supplemented potassium yet because most supplements only have 2%. I'm going to use a powder supplement when I can. I started taking the cal mag when I wasn't taking the multivitamin. It completely eliminated the leg cramps and twitches. I ran out of cal mag for awhile and didn't prioritize getting more. My legs started twitching and having cramps again, although nowhere near as bad as before. So anyway, if you get this product you might want to look at the cal mag as well, and make sure you get enough potassium from some other source. Read more

The pills were a bit big to swallow for me personally, but I get around this by cutting them in half and swallowing one half at a time. Read more
