Easy to swallow because they’re small gelcaps, these are my go to b-complex. I honestly think they’re overpriced, but when I see the BOGO sales (usually elsewhere), I load up on them. B vitamins are one of the more proven supplements in comparison with a lot of what people are taking these days. Read more
