I take Vitamin C mostly for immune support and to cover the basics, and this Nature Made 500 mg has been an easy one to stick with. I’m on my second bottle now, which is usually my sign that something actually works for my routine. It also has not taste and is probably the most effective C supplement I’ve taken. The tablets are straightforward to take with water. They’ve also been fine on my stomach as long as I don’t take them on an empty stomach. I like that the bottle really does last a long time, so I’m not reordering every month. I’m not looking for a noticeable kick from Vitamin C.
