This is my go-to collagen supplement! I’ve been using this for over a year for several reasons (collagen production, skin firmness and elasticity, and joint support). It dissolves instantly in my morning coffee and is tasteless and odorless. It does give my coffee a little extra silkiness. My skin looks fantastic, and I get asked all the time what skin care products and beauty interventions I use (I do take excellent care of my skin, but the collagen is my secret weapon!) Why did you pick this product vs others?: I used the product before, than switched to another. I returned back to this product based on the collagen not clumping as much as the other product. As far as it providing all the benefits it claims to offer unfortunately I’m currently experiencing pre menopause! I wouldn’t be able to give an honest opinion until that’s under control.
