I’ve been taking the Nature’s Bounty High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate for a little while now and it’s been a great addition to my daily routine. Each serving has 240mg, which is perfect for helping with muscle relaxation and supporting bone, heart, and nerve health. I also like that this bottle comes with 120 capsules, so it lasts a good amount of time. The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach, which is really important for me when it comes to supplements.
