With it being in a capsule you wouldn’t expect much of a taste but it definitely has one and it’s pretty unpleasant. Nothing too strong just that typical supplement aftertaste. I’d recommend taking it with food or you’ll probably get those nasty tasting burps later. No stomach issues for me though. Overall it seems like a good product and I’d still recommend it. Read more
There is no way I could eat enough fruit and veggies to get the recommended amounts, so I appreciate this wonderful way to get those nutrients. There are 40 fruits and 40 veggies per dose. I cannot speak of the effectiveness or energy level - they do not upset my stomach since I take them right before breakfast. Read more
