This Nature's Truth iron matched the type and amount that my doctor wanted me to take. I was able to take it on a empty stomach before breakfast without any issues. The tiny pills are easy to swallow. Based on my doctors blood work it was successful in raising my iron levels. I tried other brands that were not as easy on my stomach or were a black color that I was concerned would stain my teeth. As far as I'm concerned all Iron supplements are not equal and a higher price does not mean better quality. Nature's Truth Iron is the only brand for me. Read more
