One Daily are as good and have similar amounts of vitamins & minerals as any of the well known name brands with one exception. My Doctor told me my B12 level was very high from a recent blood test. Doctor suggested that I should look at my supplements as a possible first step to begin lowering it. I had been taking a name brand and found it had 100mcg B12 or 4,167% of the recommended Daily Value. I find that ONE DAILY brand has 6 mcg B12 or 250% of the Daily Value. Problem solved. Read more
